Interviews and Contracting

Every candidate will undergo an interview over the phone after resume is reviewed. Once candidate is approved agent must then contract with all carriers available before first lead purchase occurs. Compensation depends on agent experience, past performance and future goals. This will be determined during the interview process.

Once contracted you are on your way to a six-figure income. We will be there every step of the way to help guide and train you.
